You’ll still get the full support of your personalised plan, weekly check-ins, and all online resources - but with the bonus of real-time, in-person sessions where I can guide your form, pacing, and mindset.

These sessions are perfect for beginners wanting that extra boost of accountability, encouragement, and practical help to get started.
